- Messages: the content of messages you send to our website chat or our Facebook Messenger assistant (TAICOS AI), so we can respond and help you.
- Basic technical data: standard information such as device type and general usage, used to keep the service working and secure.
2. Facebook Messenger Assistant (TAICOS AI)
When you message our Facebook Page, our automated assistant TAICOS AI may reply to help you find property or vehicles and answer questions. To do this:
- We receive the messages you send to our Page through Facebook's Messenger Platform.
- We use your messages only to generate helpful replies and, if you choose to share them, to record your contact details and preferences so a seller can assist you.
- We do not sell your messages or use them for advertising.
Your use of Facebook Messenger is also governed by Meta's Privacy Policy.
3. How We Use Your Information
- To operate the marketplace and show relevant listings.
- To respond to your inquiries and connect interested buyers/renters with sellers.
- To notify you about listings matching your stated preferences, if you ask us to.
- To keep the platform safe, prevent fraud, and improve our service.
4. How We Share Information
We share information only as needed to provide the service:
- With sellers: if you express interest in a listing, we may share your name and contact details with the relevant seller or broker so they can assist you.
- Service providers: trusted providers that help us run the platform (for example, hosting and AI processing), bound to protect your data.
- Legal reasons: if required by law or to protect rights, safety, and the integrity of the platform.
We do not sell your personal information to advertisers.
5. Data Retention
We keep your information only as long as needed to provide the service and meet legal obligations. You may ask us to delete your contact information at any time (see Contact below).

- You can decline to share contact details and still browse the marketplace.
- You can request access to, correction of, or deletion of your personal information.
- You can stop messaging our Page at any time, and you control your Facebook/Messenger settings.
